Krueger Machining is a Job Shop specializing in small to medium production runs (10-5000pcs), Although we will gladly look at any project you might need help with.   

Krueger Machining has 5 CNC Lathes with a large variety of capabilities

• 2 axis turning up to 16" dia. and 45" long
• 4 axis (live tooling and Y axis) turning up to 12" dia. and 20" long
• 8 axis (dual spindle and turret with Y axis) with continuous bar feeding 
• We are able to finish turn to 0.0005" tolerances, turn pretty much any thread, OD, ID and face grooving, 4 axis milling, hex broaching, broaching, knurling and engraving on our lathes

• Okuma Captain L470 - 15" Chuck, 45" bed, 3.54" through hole, 2 axis Lathe 
• Mori NL2500 Y - 10" Chuck, 20" bed, 3.15" Through hole, 4 foot continuous bar feed with Y axis and heavy duty live milling
• Okuma LB200M-  6" Chuck or 1-5/8 Collet Chuck, 11" Bed, 6000 RPM, Live Tooling and C axis,  12 foot single bar feeder
• Okuma LB15MW - 8" Chuck on main and 6" on Sub spindle, 4 foot continuous bar feeder, 2" through Hole, live milling with C axis, Complete part in one setup capable
• Okuma LT200Y- Dual  2" though hole collet chucks and C axis,  28" between Spindles, Dual 12 station turrets with live milling,  Turret A has full Y axis, 12 foot Continuous bar feeding.  Complete part processing.

• Full 4 axis with pallet changing capabilities
• Full simultaneous 5 axis machining

• Okuma Genos M560V - 3 axis machine with 40" x 20" of travels, Full table FCS, 15,000RPM Cat 40 Big Plus, Full Probing, Full 3d and HSM capabilities, 32 Tools
• Okuma MB4000H- 4 axis machine with 22" x 22" x 22" of Travel, Pallet changer for production, 1,000 psi thru spindle coolant, 15,000RPM Cat 40 Big Plus, Full Probing, Full 3d and HSM capabilities, 64 tools
• Okuma Genos M460 5AX - Full 5 axis machine with 16" dia. table and roughly 12" part height, Full Table FCS, 15,000RPM Cat 40 Big Plus, Full Probing, 1,000 psi thru spindle coolant, Full 3d and HSM capabilities, full CAD/CAM package with full 5 axis capabilities including circle segment cutters and full machine collision checking, 32 tools

Krueger Machine also has production sawing capabilities 

• Hydmech H12 A - fully automatic saw with 1.25" blade as well as chip auger and bundle clamping,  it can cut up to 12" round or square
