3D printing is a great way to do quick and efficient prototyping. Depending on what is required 3d Printing can have a turnaround of less than a day and is considerably less expensive than traditional machining for prototype parts.
Here at Krueger Machining we have the capabilities to 3D print "end use" products. We use fiber that is designed to be used in the field, it won't degrade over time like some other lesser materials and can be infused with materials like Carbon Fiber, Kevlar and Fiberglass to add strength and other properties
Our maximum print size is 320mm x 132mm x 154mm (12.5" x 5.1" x 6.0"). We can print natural nylon as well as a micro carbon fiber filled nylon. Your prints can be infused with Carbon Fiber, (for strength comparable to aluminum) Fiberglass, (for cost effective strength) Kevlar, (for increased durability) and HSHT Fiberglass (for heat resistance).
